Over my 40 plus year career in real estate I have gained experience in all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions. 


As an active real estate investor of my own portfolio of properties I have been a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant in over 50 transactions. That means I've personally been in your shoes over 50 times!

THE HOW

FOR BUYERS AND SELLERS 

At The Real Estate 4 Good Network, giving back is not a gesture — it’s built into the business. Each year, I commit to a fixed donation percentage for every transaction I close. For 2025, that pledge is 20% of my income per sale, directed to nonprofit organizations chosen by my clients and referral partners.


Here’s how the impact is shared from MY income.


  • If you find me directly, you select the nonprofit to receive the full 20%.
     
  • If you’re referred to me, you choose a nonprofit for 10%, and the person or organization that referred you selects one for the remaining 10%.
     

Some clients choose to support local causes addressing housing or education. Others feel drawn to broader issues like environmental justice or global health. Either way, the giving is personal — and powerful. You aren't just  completing a transaction — you are becoming part of something meaningful.


As a real estate buyer or seller, if you live in a market that I do not serve directly, we can still work together to make an impact. I will match you with an agent in your town or city that shares our vision and is committed to giving back a portion of their income from your transaction to a cause that inspires you.

I also believe that real estate — both as a profession and an industry — can and should do more. In recent years, we’ve seen extraordinary growth. Prices have climbed, transaction volumes have soared, and many agents and brokerages have done incredibly well. That success is something to be grateful for — but it also gives us a responsibility.

These are beautiful coastal destinations, but they’re also home to deep disparities — limited affordable housing, service workers priced out of the market, and nonprofits stretched thin. I launched The Real Estate 4 Good Network to turn every closing into a catalyst for good — to partner with clients in building not just wealth, but resilience.


When we work together, we’re not just pursuing your real estate goals. We’re directing a portion of my income from every transaction to causes you believe in — whether that’s a local housing fund or a global relief organization. You choose the impact. The Community Development Partnership (CDP) leads the Lower and Outer Cape in building a diverse year-round community of people who can afford to live, work and thrive here. To accomplish our mission, we promote, develop and manage affordable housing; nurture the launch and growth of small businesses; and facilitate collaboration with business, non-profit, and government partners.
