Over my 40 year career in real estate I have gained experience in all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
As an active real estate investor of my own portfolio of properties I have been a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant in over 50 transactions.
My understanding of marketing, valuation, negotiation, finance and the many other facets of a transaction will help guide you to a smooth closing.
Now entering my fifth decade, I am focused on helping you find or sell your dream home in South Florida or
At Real Estate 4 Good, everything begins with you — your goals, your vision, your future. Helping you buy or sell a home is my top priority, and I approach that responsibility with care, integrity, and professionalism.
But I also believe that real estate — both as a profession and an industry — can and should do more. In recent years, we’ve seen extraordinary growth. Prices have climbed, transaction volumes have soared, and many agents and brokerages have done incredibly well. That success is something to be grateful for — but it also gives us a responsibility.
We owe it to the communities that support our business to reinvest in their future.
Because when our communities thrive, so do we.
In markets like Provincetown–Cape Cod and South Florida, the divide between opportunity and hardship is clear. These are beautiful coastal destinations, but they’re also home to deep disparities — limited affordable housing, service workers priced out of the market, and nonprofits stretched thin. I launched Real Estate 4 Good to turn every closing into a catalyst for good — to partner with clients in building not just wealth, but resilience.
When we work together, we’re not just pursuing your real estate goals. We’re directing a portion of every sale to causes you believe in — whether that’s a local housing fund or a global relief organization. You choose the impact. And you become part of a movement to do business differently.
Real Estate 4 Good is more than a brand — it’s a model for the future of our industry. It’s about purpose, partnership, and progress.
Because giving back isn’t just a moral choice. It’s good business.
At Real Estate 4 Good, giving back is not a gesture — it’s built into the business. Each year, I commit to a fixed donation for every transaction I close. For 2025, that pledge is 20% of my income per sale, directed to nonprofit organizations chosen by my clients and referral partners.
Here’s how the impact is shared:
Some clients choose to support local causes addressing housing or education. Others feel drawn to broader issues like environmental justice or global health. Either way, the giving is personal — and powerful. The client isn’t just completing a transaction — they’re becoming part of something meaningful.
And for real estate professionals, Real Estate 4 Good offers a way to lead with purpose and differentiate your business in a noisy market. When you join the movement, you’re not just pledging to give — you’re gaining a brand framework that helps you tell a richer story:
Every transaction becomes a two-part success story that you can tell powerfully through a variety of media channels.
This storytelling is marketing with meaning. It’s service with purpose. It’s a way to build lasting trust and connection — not just with your clients, but with your community.
By licensing the Real Estate 4 Good brand and embracing its mission, agents can elevate their value, deepen client loyalty, and help reshape what success looks like in real estate.
When you choose to work with Real Estate 4 Good, you’re choosing a partner who puts your goals first — always. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, I bring strategy, skill, and dedication to every step of your journey. This is about protecting your interests, maximizing your investment, and helping you feel confident and supported throughout the process.
But we also go beyond the transaction. Every closing with Real Estate 4 Good becomes a chance to give back — not just to the places we live, but to the causes that matter most to you. Whether your heart is in local housing solutions or global health efforts, your real estate decision becomes a statement of your values.
You don’t have to choose between results and responsibility.
YOU. GET. BOTH.
And if you’re a real estate professional ready to lead with purpose, you can join us — pledging your own impact and licensing the Real Estate 4 Good brand to inspire your clients and elevate your practice.
Together, we build futures — and we fund change.
I support the following causes because I believe that we all have a responsibility to leave our community better than we found it. Sometimes that has a very personal meaning to me locally, and sometimes I hope to make a broader impact on political or social change. Below you find the some of organizations that I currently support and more about my efforts to give back.
The Community Development Partnership (CDP) leads the Lower and Outer Cape in building a diverse year-round community of people who can afford to live, work and thrive here. To accomplish our mission, we promote, develop and manage affordable housing; nurture the launch and growth of small businesses; and facilitate collaboration with business, non-profit, and government partners.
I support the Pilgrim Bark Park in Provincetown, which is operated by a non-profit entity. The park exists because of private donations and is not supported by the town. I make a donation to the park each year. If you wish to support the park, please click below.
The Equal Justice Initiative is committed to ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the United States, to challenging racial and economic injustice, and to protecting basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society.
The SPLC is a catalyst for racial justice in the South and beyond, working in partnership with communities to dismantle white supremacy, strengthen intersectional movements, and advance the human rights of all people.
The National Women’s Law Center fights for gender justice—in the courts, in public policy, and in our society—working across the issues that are central to the lives of women and girls. We use the law in all its forms to change culture and drive solutions to the gender inequity that shapes our society and to break down the barriers that harm all of us—especially women of color, LGBTQ people, and low-income women and families. For 50 years, we have been on the leading edge of every major legal and policy victory for women.
Since the start of the war in Gaza, I have support WCK with a monthly donation.
